Do you have a minimum charge? There is a $100 minimum for the shop. Some artists have 1 hour minimum ($180-200) for any tattooing.
-
Can you quote a price up front? We can provide a ballpark figure for most work. Smaller, single session tattoos are easier to make an accurate price estimate. With larger, multi-session work it becomes more difficult to determine how long they will take as there are numerous variables that can effect the time needed to complete. With these larger pieces we charge by the hour, as we go. So you only pay for the work that is done and the time we actually are tattooing. That has proven to be the most fair way for both of us.
-
Can I see the artwork before the tattoo appointment? Each artist handles this differently. Please discuss this with your artist before setting an appointment.
-
How do I go about setting up an appointment?First, please read through all of the FAQ's as many of your questions will be answered. From there you can fill out a tattoo request form, or call the shop directly. Appointments will require a deposit.
-
Do you take walk-ins?Walk-ins are handled on a day-by-day basis. There is no way to forecast if we will have open time available for future days, so you will need to call, or stop by on the day you'd like to get tattooed.
-
What is your hourly rate? Our rate is $180-200/hour (depending on the artist). We charge by the clock, so you only pay for the amount of time that we are tattooing and feel that is the most fair way for both parties. You pay-as-you-go with multi-session tattoos. We do not charge for drawing time, or any breaks that we take during sessions.
-
What are the shop hours/days?We are generally open all days 12-8pm, except Sundays and Tuesdays. Although each artist keeps their own hours and schedule and we may be able to accomodate different times.

Can you tattoo a design that I (or a friend) drew? Or a design I found online? We custom draw every tattoo so that it meets our artistic and technical criteria. Even though the art you or your friend drew may be drawn well, it may not necessarily translate well on the skin.A design that you found online may be someone else's custom drawn tattoo, and we will not replicate a reference image found online. Our best work comes from designs that were drawn by us, but we are more than happy to use any customer supplied artwork as inspiration for a design.

What should I do to prepare for my appointment? As your tattoo appointment approaches, here are some things to do/keep in mind: -Make sure you discuss payment options with your artist -Wear clothing that allows for easy access to the tattoo area -Lotion up the tattoo spot daily for about 1 week prior to your appointment, also drink plenty of water. Hydration and moisturizing will get your skin in optimal condition to accept ink -Eat a good meal about 1 hour before your appointment. -Bring this stuff with you: - Water/soft drink (NO you can NOT consume alcohol in the shop) -Small snack for larger sessions -Headphones (please silence your phone when you enter the shop) - ID, we will need to make a copy on your release form DO NOT DO: -Do not bring guests with you, they will not be allowed in the tattoo area -Do not arrive under the influence -Dont be early, dont be late -Do NOT TOUCH THE TATTOO AREA!!! There are traces of blood all around the tattoo site, so whatever you touch AFTER you touch the tattoo will have your blood on it. And your havnds are probably not clean, so you run the risk of infecting your tattoo!
-
Can you do any style of tattooing? We do try to accommodate just about any tattoo request that comes in. If your idea falls within our abilities we will be happy to take on your tattoo. If your idea is not within our scope we will be happy to refer you to the artist that we feel will be able to meet your expectations.
